As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the

B2B Fulfillment Manager (m/f/d) and drive our business forward. This position is a one-year fixed-term role as parental leave cover.

What Will Your Role Be

As a B2B Fulfillment Manager, you act as a strategic Supply Chain Management partner to our Commercial Business Units. You manage fulfillment requirements ranging from ad-hoc orders, such as 200 shirts for a single customer, to large-scale projects such as comprehensive 360° festival merchandising.

You support Business Units in preparing accurate cost calculations for customer offers and manage their requirements until they are order-ready. You oversee both internal and external fulfillment, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products.

What You´ll Do 

  • Act as an SCM Business Partner to all Commercial Business Units, managing requirements from ad-hoc orders to large-scale fulfillment projects

  • Provide the necessary input for accurate cost calculations in customer offers

  • Manage Business Unit demand until it is order-ready and oversee internal and external fulfillment

  • Own and manage the existing product portfolio

  • Source new products and alternative suppliers and continuously evaluate the supplier base regarding quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

  • Consult internal stakeholders on refinement technologies and merchandising solutions

  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving

  • Lead the onboarding of new suppliers

  • Manage contracts including NDAs and frame contracts

  • Negotiate pricelists, assortment catalogues, and other commercial terms with suppliers

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to fulfillment and merchandise sourcing

What You´ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics, and fulfillment processes

  • University degree in a relevant or transferable field such as Supply Chain Management or Engineering

  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans supporting business objectives

  • Proven experience in supplier relationship management, including contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and problem resolution

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers across different functions and levels

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions

  • Familiarity with the fashion eCommerce industry, including trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape

  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments and remain flexible when facing new challenges or opportunities

  • Fluent English communication skills, German is a plus
